Cycle Haus Group Rides and Classes

Join our group rides and indoor trainer classes, led by experienced cyclists. These rides are open to the public and are for cyclists of all ages and abilities. All rides depart from Cycle Haus in Simpsonville. We also host a yoga class, which focuses on stretching for cyclists.

Monday Ride, 9 am

25 miles @ 16-18 mph average. This ride is for beginner- or intermediate-level cyclists.

Tuesday Ride, 6 pm

25-35 miles @ 18-20 mph average. This ride has three sprint zones along the route, and we will regroup at the end of the sprints to ride together. A headlamp and tail light are required.

Wednesday Ride, 6 pm

25 miles @ 16 mph average. This is a no-drop, more relaxed ride. A headlamp and tail light are required.

Thursday Ride, 6 pm

25-35 miles @ 20+ mph average.  This ride is for advanced-level cyclists. This is an all-out ride, where attacks and speed will test the strongest riders. A headlamp and tail light are required.

Friday Ride, 9 am

25 miles @ 16-18 mph average.  This ride is for beginner- or intermediate-level cyclists.

Saturday Rides, 8 am

We have various routes depending on turnout. 35-70 miles (2 groups: 18+ and 15mph average). No rider left behind for both groups.

Helmets are required for all rides. During night rides, a 100 lumen minimum headlamp and basic tail light are required. This is for your safety and the safety of those around you.
